How to join

Click on the [Sign Up] link and complete the form in order to create your account. Once your account is created, you can immediately benefit from our membership privileges such as discounts and reward credits. Also, it saves you all the hassle of filling out your billing and shipping information every time you place an order since you can save your information securely on our site.

How to order

Order is processed as below:
Step 1: Search for products.
Step 2: Add products to your shopping cart.
Step 3: Log in with a member ID or non-member order.
Step 4: Fill in the order form.
Step 5: Proceed with payment.
Step 6: Complete the order and you will see the order number.


Ellepeut is designed, manufactured, and all processes are carried out thoroughly by hand. There may be small differences between products, and fine bubbles or scratches on the surface may occur during the manufacturing process and are not defective.

  • -Depending on the resolution and specifications of the monitor, there may be differences in color from what you see on the screen.
  • -The size marked by the nature of the handmade product may slightly vary, and as it is produced after ordering, it is difficult to exchange/refund simply because of a change of mind or size mistake, so please purchase it carefully.
  • - Plated products may come off or discolored depending on time, so please be careful when storing them.
  • - We are not responsible for personal constitution characteristics, management, or allergic reactions.
  • -If you have any questions before purchasing, please contact us and make a careful purchase.

Handling caveats
  • - Foreign substances such as perfume, cosmetics, sweat, moisture, fingerprints, etc. cause discoloration after wearing the product, so wipe it with a soft cloth and store it in a case or polybag.
  • - Please note that strong bump or fall may cause damage to the product.
  • - Avoid swimming, showering, sleeping, exercising while wearing the product.

  • Shipping Rate : Fixed Shipping Rate : Regardless of your order amount, USD 40will be charged for shipping.
  • Delivery Time : 10 - 21 days
  • Please take into consideration that some products may take additional time for delivery and processing.
    Important: Your order is shipped once your payment has been cleared. Please contact our customer service center if you would like to request an exchange or return on your order.

    - Customs and Duties

    The recipient will be held responsible for international shipments which may be subject to import duties and taxes. Please be advised that these charges are levied by the destination country and we do not have control over them. In the case that the recipient refuses to receive the parcel, the order will be returned to Korea and will not be re-shipped. Relevant expenses (round-trip shipping, customs, etc.) will be deducted from the refund.

Returns & Exchanges

- For all orders, the shipping fee is $40.

- Delivery available for orders over $300; payment will be cancelled if the order is less than $300.
Local sales tax will be charged on all orders at checkout in selected states where applicable.

Order payment may be canceled when ordering in a country where shipping is not possible.

- All sales are final. No exchange or refunds.
- All items purchased cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.

- All international deliveries are shipped through EMS and comes with tracking.
- We do not offer express delivery to international destinations at the moment.
- It will take 10–21 days to deliver. It may take longer depending on the circumstances.

- All products are free of charge if they occur within 6 months of warranty period of purchase.
- A/S that occurred after the warranty period will be paid.
- Even during the free warranty period, damage or loss caused by carelessness of the customer will be paid.
- The repair period is 60 days, and all shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
- Loss or damage of gemstones such as severely damaged products and main gemstones is not possible.

- If you send the product without the A/S registration process, it will be returned without a separate container.

It takes 3-5 business days to issue a refund for a returned or cancelled order.
Please be advised that your refund may not be processed until the next billing month depending on your credit card issuer's billing schedule.


Pending period for reward store credit:
Your reward store credit issued from orders will be added to your account and stay as Pending for 20 days from delivery before validation to compensate time for exchange or returns. Meanwhile, you are free to spend your available store credit balance.

If you pay for your order with store credit, you are required to spend a minimum store credit of #min_mileage.”
The maximum store credit you can spend on one order is “max_mileage.”

Cancellation of store credit:
Pending credit issued from orders will be automatically cancelled on cancellation or return of the relevant order. Your store credit will be cancelled if you close your account. Also, your store credit will expire if there is no newly issued store credit for three years.
